RETURN POLICY
Replacement return:
You have the right to replace all or part of the order within 14 days from the date you receive it.
In order to make the return, it is necessary for the product to be in excellent condition with the special markings (cards), the order receipt and the special return form that you will find here .
To commit / book the product you want to change you should contact our sales department at tel. 2310 544353 .
The replacement of the order is done by receipt upon delivery of the new one, with the Door-Door service: receipt and delivery of shipment from the sender’s address to the recipient’s address, from < strong> ELTA courier .
At your first change, no shipping costs are charged. Return the product very well packaged to avoid damage during transport, using the ELTA courier service.
If you use any other shipping you wish, then you will be fully charged for the shipping costs which you will pay to the shipping company you choose at the time you send the package.
You have the right to make a change with the same or another product in one of the stores of our company having with you the product and the purchase receipt, within 14 days from the date pick it up.
The terms apply to orders within Greece. For overseas orders changes are not accepted.
Refund for orders through our online store.
In case of withdrawal with a refund, you are obliged to inform us the reason for withdrawal in the special form that you will find here or contact the sales department of our company at tel. 2310 544353 .
Refunds apply to:
- All orders placed from Greece (There is no charge for the following banks: NATIONAL BANK- EUROBANK- ALPHABANK- PIRAEUS BANK-PAYPAL. For all other banks you will be charged 4 €)
- For Cyprus , on orders placed by Credit / Debit Card or via PayPal (There is no charge for the following banks: NATIONAL BANK- EUROBANK- ALPHABANK- PIRAEUS BANK-PAYPAL. all other banks are charged with 4 €)
- For all foreign countries, on orders placed by Credit / Debit Card or via PayPal (There is no charge for the following banks: NATIONAL BANK- EUROBANK- ALPHABANK- PIRAEUS BANK-PAYPAL. For all others banks charge 4 €)
Return the product very well packaged to avoid damage during transport, using any courier you wish at your own expense.
You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail receipt at the same time as submitting your withdrawal statement. Returns will only be accepted upon company approval .
In case the reason for return concerns a mistake of the company, Emporio Grama undertakes to send a courier again to the address you have assigned to us for the receipt of the order at its own expense.
Your refund will be completed within 7 business days from the date we receive the products.

Detailed Returns Guide

- Prerequisite is that the product is in its original packaging covered with the nylon bag contained in the package you will receive and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (cards ).
- The item you return must be accompanied by the special form that you will find here within the exclusive period of fourteen (14) days.
- The return process usually takes 3-6 working days from the moment we receive the return to our company. This is because all returns go through the quality control process before they reach the online store offices to inform customers. Therefore, when your return to the offices of the online store arrives, you will receive the necessary information.
- In the event that a defect is found during a quality check on the returned product, the company must return the parcel back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects.
Note
For hygiene reasons, our company will not accept returns on bodysuits.
